What needs to be considered
A small architectural project may be provided by an Architectural Technologist or a Building Surveyor as they both have the necessary training. In the first instance answering the above questions will help you make the right decision.
Chartered Architectural Technologists, MCIAT, are qualified to offer design services and management of your project from your original idea, through the planning process and design stage and on to its completion. For more information visit the CIAT website
Technologists work closely with a range of property professionals, including other architects and engineers. For more complex design ideas, (grand designs) they may recommend the services of an architect.
This form above will provide you with a quote for a list of small architectural projects, if your project is larger you should select medium project or large project.
We can also give you a list of professionals who can help you with Structural Calculations, Planning Permission application, Building Regulation application, Party wall issue and a host of other property related services.
